The James Brand’s Ellis is a modern take on the pocket-sized multi-tool. The Ellis features their signature minimalist design language throughout yet it’s still packed with features that are sure to come in handy on a daily basis. If you’re only going to carry one knife with you, the Ellis makes a compelling option. 

A set of G10 scales sandwiches a 2.6” plain/serrated combo-edged blade, a screwdriver/bottle opener, and their custom “All Things” scraper on the back end of the tool. Both the blade and multi-tool open and stay locked in place with a lock-back mechanism. The lock-back is known for being especially sturdy, so you can really put some “oomph” into the task at hand without worrying about the accidental closure of the tools. Carrying the Ellis is easy thanks to the light 2.8oz weight and the bail loop for carabiner/lanyard/keyring attachment.
